Undertake PA Rescue 2 training and participate in scenarios using the skills and knowledge that you have learnt. Carry out all training and cover all subjects in line with the Paddle Australia Education guide lines.

Dress and equipment required
When required you will change into swim wear. You will be required to wear enclosed footwear in the river. No shoes=no water activities. Wetsuit just in case if weather looking cold. Swimmers, Change of clothes, Sunscreen, Hat, Rescue PFD, helmet, 3 pulleys, 4m webbing, Prussik rope, Water bottle full, Pea less Whistle, River Rescue type knife. If you have not got the required equipment I will have some spare for you to borrow.

Swift Water activities are demanding and you must have a reasonable standard of physical and swimming ability. Due to safety and the commitment of the Instructor there will be a high standard set through out the day and anyone who breaches any safety code
