Aim/Objectives Undertake PA Rescue 2 training and participate in scenarios using the skills and knowledge that you have learnt. Carry out all training and cover all subjects in line with the Paddle Australia Education guide lines. Meals on Course To be supplied by individuals attending, Tea & Coffee available during land base training sessions Bring a packed lunch for time on river Transport To training venue to be organised by individuals Dress and equipment required When required you will change into swim wear. You will be required to wear enclosed footwear in the river. No shoes=no water activities. Wetsuit just in case if weather looking cold. Swimmers, Change of clothes, Sunscreen, Hat, Rescue PFD, helmet, 3 pulleys, 4m webbing, Prussik rope, Water bottle full, Pea less Whistle, River Rescue type knife. If you have not got the required equipment I will have some spare for you to borrow. Standard Swift Water activities are demanding and you must have a reasonable standard of physical and swimming ability.
