Foundation coach: (F2 – T1) Foundation coach works with paddlers who wish to gain an introduction to discipline specific skills. The Foundation coach is for coaches training paddlers for state level competitions. Conditions: - Conditions should be relevant to the discipline and within the cababilities of both the participant and equipment
Costs: $190 program fee (includes online and face to face) plus $0 registration (members) – registration of the Foundation qualification expires at the same time as the Introduction to Coaching $265 program fee (includes online and face to face) plus $0 registration (non members) – registration of the Foundation qualification expires at the same time as the Introduction to Coaching
Pre requisite: Paddle Australia Introduction to Coaching course Program structure: - Online plus below: - One day face to face practical workshop on 5th November at the Broken Bridge with lead Australian performance pathways coach Mike Druce providing coaching and assessment. Logbook The following is to be submitted to the email address below: - Supporting letter from a club committee or state performance hub coach that supports the coach has coached a minimum of 8 training sessions as lead or assistant coach.
After registration, you will be taken to a landing page and receive an invoice via email for the program. Once paid you will be registered in the program. Recommended: - While a First Aid certificate is not required for registration, PA recommends that there is a responsible adult who holds a first aid qualification appropriate for the area of operation, along with a first aid kit for every program.
